The Young Talents Program is our dedicated initiative to support children from all backgrounds with free, high-performance training, nurturing the next generation of British Padel professionals from the ground up. Our mission is to remove financial barriers and provide access to world-class coaching, competitive opportunities, and personal development for talented young players who may otherwise be left behind.
That’s why the BPT Academy created the Young Talents Program: a business-backed initiative that allows companies and sponsors to fully cover the cost of training for promising children who otherwise couldn’t afford access to elite performance environments.
